You stay, telling yourself it’s probably the same everywhere. But there’s a quiet part of you that believes a better fit exists. You just can’t quite picture yourself walking into it yet.
What is Search Party?
Search Party is a group coaching program that exists to make the job search easier, more accessible, and something you don’t have to do alone.
This program strategically combines:
Over 6 weeks, you’ll build the internal and practical skills needed to land your next role, such as:
- Writing a resume that reflects your value without underselling yourself.
- Not only knowing your worth, but believing it.
- Showing up to interviews with confidence in your accomplishments and without over-explaining.
- Shifting your mindset from “Will they choose me?” to “Is this the right fit for me?”
Most importantly – but you’ll no longer feel the need to flinch at your own applications.
Program Details:
6 weekly sessions, 90 minutes each.
Live on Zoom. Max 8 people. Small on purpose. These are real conversations and live coaching, not a recorded webinar.
Weekly drop-in office hours and body doubling sessions.
Extra support for your specific job search needs between sessions.
Recruiter-backed job search strategy.
Training on writing effective resumes, application strategy, LinkedIn, and networking without the cringe, how hiring works in 2026, and more.
Neuroaffirming coaching and confidence-building.
Tools designed for the way you think and process. The inner work that makes the practical information stick. (Includes access to discounted 1:1 coaching with Em.)
Worksheets, exercises, and session recordings.
Optional and at your own pace. Yours to keep for this search, and every search after.
A private cohort space.
Support and accountability with people who understand what you are going through, no explanation required.

- Building a sustainable job search strategy
- Managing burnout, avoidance, and overwhelm
