The job market is hard. For neurodivergent clients, it's often compounded by executive functioning challenges, avoidance, overwhelm, and decision paralysis — without a clear, structured place to work through the practical side of a job search.

What we offer
The YNTP Job Search Group is a 6-week, virtual, non-clinical group coaching program designed for mid-career professionals navigating job search, career transition, or work-related burnout. It runs as a structured cohort — small, intentional, and neuro-affirming from the ground up.
This is not therapy. It's the practical, accountable, peer-supported complement to the deeper work your clients are already doing with you.
Who This Is For
This group is a good fit for clients who:
Are actively job searching, recently laid off, or considering a career transition
Experience executive functioning challenges, avoidance, or overwhelm around work
Would benefit from peer support and accountability during the process
Identify with neurodivergence — no formal diagnosis required
Open to mid-career professionals (5+ years of experience) from any industry.

Insider knowledge: Recruiter-backed guidance on how hiring actually works — what to expect at every stage and how to put their best foot forward.
Practical tools: Step-by-step worksheets and strategies built for neurodivergent adults that they can use throughout their career.
Executive functioning support: On-the-spot, neuro-affirming coaching to help manage avoidance, overwhelm, and decision paralysis.
Community: A private space to connect with a small cohort of people who understand exactly what they're going through.
Ongoing access: Weekly drop-in office hours with both coaches, plus access to session recordings during and after the program.
A Note on Scope
This program is intended as an adjunct resource — not a replacement for therapy. Clients are actively encouraged to remain connected to their mental health providers throughout the program. We maintain clear boundaries around coaching scope, and participants who need higher-level clinical support are redirected appropriately.
This program does not provide psychotherapy, crisis support, or clinical intervention of any kind.
